Hey there, just a quick update. If you watched last week’s video you probably noticed a few new faces. So let’s meet everyone and chat about why our team is growing.  Please welcome Brian, Maliah and Tiffany!

Brian is joining us as a CAM and CNC Lathe Machinist and has over 30 years of manufacturing experience with CNC machine tools, including programming, setup, and operation. He hopes to use his manufacturing experience to help the company grow with new ideas and improvements. Away from work he enjoys spending time with his wife of over 25 years, along with hosting BBQs and enjoying time with friends and family. 

Maliah is our Shop Assistant, helping us organize, declutter, maintain and keep areas in our shop accessible for easy use. She is so excited and eager to diversify her skill set and see where this journey takes her. In her spare time, Maliah enjoys spending time with her son and participating in musical theatre. 

Tiffany is our Administrative Assistant, assisting with phones, emails and many other office duties. She is a proud mother of 2 boys. She has over 10 years of experience in customer service and sales, and is excited to join the Harmony family. She is committed to ensuring customer happiness.  

Why are we growing our team? Well, as Harmony comes closer and closer to production (more on this next week) Cheryl and I need to take on more strategic roles as the leaders of the company. To be successful, we must ensure that she and I are not the bottle-necks in this journey, so onward and upward!

We’re excited to introduce you to everyone and we’re happy to have our new members on this amazing journey with us.
